So, who is Dustin?
Developing the brand name used the following criteria…

• Using Dustin as a persons name is evocative, expressive and humanising

• Allowed for word play and tone of voice (i.e. talk to Dustin)

• Differentiated from competitors

• Dustin’ (apostrophe) is a colloquial and informal contraction of dusting

• Related to an aspect of the businesses service offering

• Tied in with how the business started (1 person, small scale)

• Open and allowed for business development

• Availability of the registered company name Dustin Ltd

• The top-level domain dustin.cleaning was available.
